Improving Skin - Lisa Hoffman Vitamin A/C Serum

I just added Lisa Hoffman's Night and Day Vitamin A & C Serum to my daily skincare routine. I got a free .5 ounce sample of the product to try. It starts off sort of oily feeling but after about 10 minutes it absorbs into the skin without a trace of oil. It has a slight hint of orange fragrance, not too heavy.

I love discovering new skin products. Hopefully, this one is a keeper.

PCOS - Sugar is Not Your Friend

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. Since then I have been trying to cut the sugar.

Today Whole Foods had a great sale on kale. Obviously it must be in season. I made a small pot full of Kale and ate the entire thing in one sitting. It's was only kale so it should be good for me, right? This recipe from Bobby Flay is bombtasic!

I had the strangest dream about a girl named Jessica Ferguson... Who the hell is Jessica Ferguson and why is she in my dreams?

Do you have active surreal dreams? My best dreams are were I am very active and free. I'm usually trying to work towards a goal and everything is finally coming into place. My worst dreams are were I am not getting anywhere and I am stuck. No matter how hard I try I can never get closer to my goal.

What do you dream of? What dreams inspire you the next morning, which ones fill you with dread?

I Miss My Brother

After been off work for about a month, I have really been missing my brother. He is one of the sweetest persons that I know.

Be Kind When You Use Your Words

You never know how words that come out of your mouth can affect others, especially your children. Sticks and stones.... But words are powerful.

Say one positive thing to each person that you interact with to be beneficial to someones life
Cut the gossip

Mighty Dog

This picture made me laugh. Man people love their pooches! I bet the dog wanted tear that costume off, bite it up and bury it.

I met Kate Somerville and she was gorgeous! So kind and down to earth. I heart her! Her book was a great read. I completed it in one day.
