PCOS - Sugar is Not Your Friend

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. Since then I have been trying to cut the sugar.

Today Whole Foods had a great sale on kale. Obviously it must be in season. I made a small pot full of Kale and ate the entire thing in one sitting. It's was only kale so it should be good for me, right? This recipe from Bobby Flay is bombtasic!

I had the strangest dream about a girl named Jessica Ferguson... Who the hell is Jessica Ferguson and why is she in my dreams?

Do you have active surreal dreams? My best dreams are were I am very active and free. I'm usually trying to work towards a goal and everything is finally coming into place. My worst dreams are were I am not getting anywhere and I am stuck. No matter how hard I try I can never get closer to my goal.
