Capri Nails - Mountain View - Review
It was a Sunday night and my nails were looking a little rough. A real no-no if you are a esthetician and have to touch people's faces. So I decided to get a mani. Coco salon was not open so I headed to Capri nails. I was scoping out the place. It is pretty big and you can see inside. It almost looks clinical and like a lab. There were about 8 girls working on nails. I thought, these poor girls working so late on a Sunday... They must be tired. But I took a chance and went in. The place is fairly clean. I did not see anything that made me not want to come back. The girl that I had was nice and polite. She even explained what she was saying in Vietnamese to one of the other girls. I'm sorry, but I hate it when someone carries on a conversation in another language for long periods of time.
My nails look great. Facial ready. I would go back again.
At any rate the girl doing my nails said something I thought was really funny. We were talking about massage. She said that there are Chinese places that give massage for $17 for one hour. "How do they survive?!?" That is the same question I ask when I think of all the nail tech.
I wonder who the Chinese massage folks feel sorry for?
