Diets to Go - Day 3

Last night I had stir fry Chicken. The sauce was pretty good.

Today I have a Wahoo Fish Burger with tartar sauce, apple and V8 juice. I gave the V8 away as it has always made me puke, since I was a kid. I wonder what is in there that upset my stomach. The fish patty was not that great. I do not care for processed food, and if this use to be fish... Well I could not tell. It is like a McDonalds chicken nugget use to be a chicken. You have to wonder... If only they could do organic. I would be willing to pay more.

So far so good. I am spacing out my breakfast at 10, lunch at 2 and dinner at 6pm. This seems to be doing well for me and I do not feel the need to munch.

Last night I was at the gym for 2.5 hours on the treadmill. Since we got rid of TV, I have not been abreast of what is going on. Thank goodness! But I am semi-addicted to Housewives of Atlanta. Plus my boy Damone Roberts was on one of the episodes so I was not leaving till I saw him. Shout out to Damone! My butt thanks you for the extra workout, boo! Unfortunately, I only caught a quick glimpse. Oh well, I will catch it again.

Tonight, I pick up my second installment of food from Club One.

The scale still says 144. So to date have only lost 1 lb. But was able to wear a pair of pants that could not a week ago. My gut seems smaller too. I think I am making progress. The scale better not lie tomorrow!
